Kangana Ranaut is a cute beautifull Indiaan model and Indian actress, , best known for her lovely curly mane. She mostly appears in Bollywood movies. She has also appeared in Sout Indian movies

This actress with her mesmerizing eyes has always been a hot favourite among the opposite sex.

Kangana Ranaut was born on 23^rd March 1987 in Bhambla, a village in Mandi district, Himachal Pradesh, India.

Her real name is Kangana Ranaut Amar Deep.

She lived in Shimla and Chandigarh before she moved to New Delhi. Her father was a businessman and her mother Asha Amar Deep was a teacher. She has an older sister Rangoli and a younger brother, Akshit.

She did her secondary education at DAV Model School in Chandigarh. She studied at the Science College in Shimla and was interested in becoming a doctor.

After her studies she moved to New Delhi and joined the Elite Modelling Agency, but not take away from her modeling career. She has also joined Asmita Theatre Group in 2003 and played in several pieces. She enrolled in Asha Chandra's Acting School.

In 2006, Kangana Ranaut appeared on the screen for the first time in Anurag Basu's Gangster. She played a role of Simran, who came from a small town girl with big dreams and falls for a gangster. Her curls, a thin frame, and a child-woman put all her face from other actresses. Her performance in that film was acclaimed by critics, earning her Filmfare Best Actress Award.

Her first Tamil film Dham Dhoom, saw her as Shenba and was a success.

She has also appeared in Telugu movie Ekniranjan directed by Poori Jaganath.
