Ameesha Patel was recently honoured at the inauguration of a park-garden in Pune.

The actress says, "It was an interesting event that I attended with other dignitaries. The main attraction was a dancing fountain inaugurated by us. A laser show was projected on it. It has been inspired by the ones in Singapore.

Songs from my debut film Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai were screened on the water and the clarity was amazing! A cultural performance by Lata Mangeshkar and Bhimsen Joshi followed.

For the first time I saw a laser show on water where the water forms the screen like a 3D curtain. It was such an honour!"
